[Phoenix Card] can not register my card

I tried to register card as FREE PASS CARD, but
shows error message "This card number can not be used".
Does anyone can advise me whats wrong with my card or myself?
I played with this card 9days ago....

StanzZ: 2015-07-19 19:53; I am having the same issue here too.. When I purchased this card, somewhat register, then after that I can use it to play at the Shop where I purchased the card.. But, then I tried alot time, going other places, I couldn't use my card, couldn't scan.. My friend said the card was not registered... Need help... ><"

Trying to register FREE PASS CARD, it pops out the same thing as NORI, "This card number can not be used"
