[피닉스카드] Pheonix Card Renewal

Is there a way to renew my card online? I am currently stationed in Korea right now. My card says it is expired when I ask the vendors here I am told I already have a card and don't need another. I just want to find out how to activate my account again. It is telling me that my data can only be accessed by a paid subscription for premium features? It never said this before

The inquiry that you asked is about our Free Pass Card.
In order to use premium features, you must register free pass card.

However, currently, free card pass is not registered to your ID.
This is why you cannot use premium features such as Item sets.

We have registered free pass card to your ID, so please check your ID again and let us know if you still cannot use the premium features.
